- We ship worldwide. Shipping to Canada and the continental United States have flat rate shipping options available and the website is configured to adjust the shipping cost of multiple items to the same location. Please send us an email if you'd like a quote on shipping to any other country.

Using Paypal as a secure method of payment ensures that your privacy is kept as your credit card information is not submitted to us. You can purchase your items as a guest and your mailing address and email will be keep private. Or you can sign up a member and once or twice a year you may receive promotional emails from us reminding you of current sales.
- Returns & Replacements
- Drawbridge Props & Armoury wants to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item with a full refund within 6 months of purchase providing that the returned item is received in new, unused, resaleable condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned.
- Ordering
- Drawbridge Props & Armoury accepts orders directly on the website or via email. To order on the website simply browse through the items at www.drawbridgeprops.com and add them to your shopping cart. The shopping cart will lead you step by step to enter your shipping/billing information calculate the appropriate shipping & handling charges and taxes involved with shipping to your destination. Choose your payment option and submit your order. Paypal payments will redirect you to the paypal website and after you have submitted your payment you will return to drawbridgeprops.com to receive your order confirmation.Drawbridge will send you an email with the order detail and estimated shipping times. Most instock items ship within 5 business days. If you wish to send a cheque or money order, simply place the order using the website and send your cheque or money order. If you'd like to order a custom built piece of armour or prop please contact Drawbridge via email or phone and we will gladly speak with you about your needs and send you a no obligation quote.
